As a Mobile App Developer, you will build buttery-smooth, native-grade mobile user interfaces for UPI payments, insurance, investments, and merchant solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Develop cross-platform mobile features using Flutter / Dart and React Native with native bridge integrations. • Optimize app boot time, memory footprint, and rendering pipeline for silky 60fps performance on low-end Android devices. • Integrate secure cryptographic payment SDKs, biometric authentication (FaceID/Fingerprint), and push notifications. • Write comprehensive widget and unit tests using Flutter Test / Jest and automate build releases with Fastlane. 💼 Qualifications & Technical Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline. • Proven track record of developing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or React Native. • Solid grasp of mobile state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or Redux). • Familiarity with offline data persistence (SQLite, Hive, Realm) and REST / WebSocket API integration. 🎁 Compensation, Benefits & Career Growth: • CTC: ₹13,00,000 per annum + Annual Performance Bonus + PhonePe Stock Units. • Premium Health Cover + Wellness Reimbursements. • Subsidized gourmet dining and fitness center at Bangalore HQ. • Direct mentorship from mobile architects who scaled apps to 100M+ DAU. ⚡ Hiring & Evaluation Process: 1.
