Software QA & Automation Engineer

As a QA & Test Automation Engineer, you will be the gatekeeper of software reliability, security, and performance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain automated UI and API test automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium. • Execute end-to-end regression suites across staging and production environments, identifying functional defects and edge cases. • Conduct API testing and contract validation using Postman, Newman, and REST-assured. • Integrate automated test runners into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for continuous quality gates. • Perform non-functional load, stress, and security testing using JMeter and OWASP ZAP. 💼 Qualifications & Technical Requirements: • B.Tech / BE in CS / IT / Electronics or MCA / BCA with an interest in software testing. • Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile Scrum, Bug Triage, and JIRA workflows. • Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation. • Strong analytical mindset with an eye for spotting subtle edge cases and usability flaws. 🚀 Preferred & Bonus Skills: • ISTQB Foundation Certification in Software Testing. • Experience with Mobile App Automation (Appium) on Android and iOS devices. • Basic familiarity with SQL queries for backend database validation. 🎁 Compensation, Benefits & Career Growth: • CTC: ₹6,50,000 per annum + Annual Performance Bonus. • Corporate Health & Term Insurance Coverage. • Sponsored certification programs for AWS Cloud Practitioner and ISTQB Advanced. • Clear career advancement path to Lead SDET and QA Architect. ⚡ Hiring & Evaluation Process: 1.
