1. Introduction
At CrazyHR ("we", "our", "us"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our corporate clients (recruiters, employers, administrators), job candidates, and placement officers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and share personal data through our website crazyhr.com and our SaaS recruitment platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different categories of information depending on how you interact with the Platform:
- For Employers & Recruiters: Business name, office address, website, administrator contact name, corporate email address, phone number, and transaction logs. Payment details are securely processed directly by our licensed gateway partners (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) and are not stored on our servers.
- For Job Candidates: Name, contact details, educational history, scores, resumes, portfolio URLs, and application files uploaded for job postings.
- For College TPOs (Training & Placement Officers): Institution name, website domain, physical address, placement officer contact details, and student listing records.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information to deliver our cloud applicant tracking and HR systems, including:
- Providing dashboard analytics, resume parsing, and applicant tracking workflows.
- Sending transactional notices, such as interview invites, offer letters, and job updates.
- Aggregating anonymous metrics to optimize recruitment platform speeds and search directories.
- Preventing unauthorized activity, malicious account sign-ups, or spam.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, lease, or rent candidate profile data or client corporate directories. We share information only in the following contexts:
- With Candidate Permission: Directing application files to the specific employer hosting the target job opening.
- Integrations: Passing data to third-party tools (such as Zoho payments, Slack/Teams notifications, email SMTP servers) explicitly connected by the account administrator.
- Legal Compliance: If required to comply with court orders, regulatory investigations, or laws in competent jurisdictions.
5. Security of Your Data
We employ enterprise-grade security structures to guard your data. This includes secure SSL encryption during transit (HTTPS), password hashing with bcrypt, strict server firewalls, and credential access filters. However, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute absolute security.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You can request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by reaching out to us. Corporate users can edit their profile info inside the client dashboard. Candidates can withdraw their resumes or request account termination at any time by contacting our support team.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect shifts in technology, service features, or legal requirements. Updates will be marked with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
