You may cancel your CrazyHR subscription tier at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Subscription Settings within your workspace and click "Cancel Subscription". Following cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases. If you are unsatisfied with our Platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial transaction.
To request a refund, please send an email to support@crazyhr.com from your registered workspace administrator email address. Include your subscription invoice number and your reason for cancellation.
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, NetBanking, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
