1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CrazyHR ("we", "our", "us") on crazyhr.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease usage of our Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use our ATS and HRMS services, you must register a corporate account with a valid company email address. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

3. SaaS Services & Subscriptions

CrazyHR provides cloud-based recruitment and HR software tools. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected service tier.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to upload malicious code, scrape applicant profiles unlawfully, reverse engineer the site services, or violate any recruitment privacy laws in your local jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All software codes, designs, database schemas, custom features, logo marks, and landing page content on crazyhr.com are the exclusive intellectual property of CrazyHR. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CrazyHR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the competent courts of India.
