Job Overview
We are hiring an Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts at [Company Name]. You will manage the complete deal cycle, build deep client relationships, and be a trusted advisor to your customers. This is a quota-carrying role with significant earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and map to our solution
- Deliver compelling product demos, proposals, and business case presentations
- Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, IT, and C-suite
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and close high-value contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Achieve and exceed annual quota targets (ARR/MRR)
- Collaborate with SDRs, solutions engineers, and customer success on deal strategy
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience as an Account Executive
- Demonstrated track record of achieving $1M+ ARR quotas
- Experience with multi-stakeholder complex sales cycles (3–9 months)
- Excellent negotiation and executive-level communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
