Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology at [Company Name]. You will gather and document requirements, analyse processes, and work with development teams to deliver solutions that solve real business problems. You are equally comfortable in a room with stakeholders or writing detailed user stories for developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Map current (as-is) processes and design improved (to-be) process flows
- Work closely with product managers and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement review sessions
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use case documents, and acceptance criteria
- Perform UAT coordination and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
- Analyse data to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of business analysis experience in IT or product environments
- Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery methodology
