We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth and expand [Company Name]'s market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline through calls, emails, and events
- Lead discovery meetings, demos, and proposal presentations with prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with complementary vendors and channel partners
- Work closely with marketing on lead generation and go-to-market campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and monthly revenue targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of business development or new business sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to open doors and build relationships from cold outreach
- Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software sales is a plus
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
