Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of business development or new business sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors and build relationships from cold outreach
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software sales is a plus
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
