We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, and compliance at [Company Name]. You will take ownership of the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize statutory financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance including income tax, GST, and TDS
- Represent the company in income tax assessments and appellate proceedings
- Manage internal and statutory audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and MIS preparation
- Provide financial analysis and advice to management on strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines
- Lead process improvement and ERP implementation initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- CA Final qualified from ICAI
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or Big 4 firm
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and Indian tax laws
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Tally ERP
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills
