Job Overview
We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join [Company Name]'s project team. You will be involved in planning, designing, executing, and supervising construction and civil infrastructure projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Conduct site surveys, soil tests, and feasibility studies for new projects
- Prepare and review project estimates, schedules, and BOQs
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or defects
- Ensure all work adheres to IS codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare and submit project completion reports and as-built drawings
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in civil design, construction, or project management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or STAAD Pro
- Knowledge of IS codes, NBC guidelines, and construction standards
- Strong project management and site supervision skills
