Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for [Company Name]'s employees. You will train teams on soft skills, technical skills, products, and processes — driving measurable improvements in employee performance. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs
- Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses across departments
- Facilitate workshops on soft skills, communication, sales, leadership, and technical subjects
- Create training materials including presentations, workbooks, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms, assessments, and KPI tracking
- Manage LMS platform and track learner progress and certifications
- Onboard new employees with structured induction training programs
- Partner with business leaders to align training outcomes with organizational goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of corporate training and facilitation experience
- Strong instructional design and content creation skills
- Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, TalentLMS, Moodle) and e-learning tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Certification in training (CPTD, ATD, or equivalent) preferred
