Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior engineering leadership role (VP, Head of Engineering, CTO)
  • Proven track record of scaling engineering teams from startup to growth stage
  • Deep technical expertise in software architecture, cloud, and product development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Experience building consumer or B2B SaaS products at scale
