We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead [Company Name]'s technology strategy and engineering organization. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering organization
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence across all product lines
- Collaborate with the CEO, CPO, and board on business strategy and product direction
- Establish engineering culture, hiring standards, and performance frameworks
- Manage the technology budget, vendor relationships, and infrastructure investments
- Ensure the platform's security, scalability, and reliability at scale
- Represent technology externally with investors, partners, and the media
Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior engineering leadership role (VP, Head of Engineering, CTO)
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams from startup to growth stage
- Deep technical expertise in software architecture, cloud, and product development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience building consumer or B2B SaaS products at scale
