Job Overview

You will collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights for business teams. You are comfortable with SQL, love creating clear visualizations, and are proactive about finding the 'so what' in every dataset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and ETL tools
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making
- Define and track key business metrics and KPIs across departments
- Collaborate with engineering on data models and warehouse schema design
- Identify data quality issues and work with data engineering teams to resolve them
- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, visual way
- Support A/B testing analysis and experiment design
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of data analysis experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency (joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business recommendations
