Key Responsibilities

• Design and build statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and insights in large datasets
• Develop and deploy predictive models for customer behaviour, churn, and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems
• Work with stakeholders to define analytical questions and translate them into data science projects
• Communicate findings through data visualizations, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across analytical projects
• Stay current with advances in ML, statistics, and data science tooling

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of data science experience in an industry setting
• Strong Python programming skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with large-scale data platforms (Spark, BigQuery)
