Job Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes
- Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial dashboards
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and multi-year financial plans
- Lead financial analysis and business partnering for key stakeholders
- Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings
- Manage treasury functions including cash management and banking relationships
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit completion
- Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and ERP systems
Requirements & Qualifications
- CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS accounting standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Enterprise)
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
