Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders at [Company Name]. You will partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead people programs that improve performance and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders on all people-related matters
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with sound judgement
- Lead performance management cycles including calibration and development planning
- Analyze HR data and people analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Influence and implement people programs including engagement, DEI, and retention
- Partner with talent acquisition on hiring strategy and workforce gap analysis
- Champion change management during organizational transformations
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of HR experience with 2+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience with HRMS platforms and people analytics tools
- MBA in HR or SHRM / CIPD certification preferred
