Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders on all people-related matters

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with sound judgement
  • Lead performance management cycles including calibration and development planning
  • Analyze HR data and people analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Influence and implement people programs including engagement, DEI, and retention
  • Partner with talent acquisition on hiring strategy and workforce gap analysis
  • Champion change management during organizational transformations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience with 2+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders
  • Deep knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and people analytics tools
  • MBA in HR or SHRM / CIPD certification preferred
