Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, and joining formalities
- Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data
- Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Handle basic employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave
- Support HR compliance activities and statutory documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR experience in recruitment or HR operations
- MBA in HR or BBA with HR specialization (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with HRMS systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
