Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, and joining formalities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data
  • Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Handle basic employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave
  • Support HR compliance activities and statutory documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR experience in recruitment or HR operations
  • MBA in HR or BBA with HR specialization (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
