Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance improvement plans
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity)
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational design
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a mid to large-sized organization
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • MBA in HR or equivalent professional certification (SHRM, CIPD)
