Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations at [Company Name]. You will manage the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding, build HR policies, and champion a culture of engagement and inclusion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance improvement plans
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational design
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR management experience in a mid to large-sized organization
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Experience with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- MBA in HR or equivalent professional certification (SHRM, CIPD)
