Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across functions and levels

  • Build and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning content
  • Develop onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity
  • Partner with business heads to create role-specific development paths
  • Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business KPIs
  • Manage external training vendors, budgets, and partnerships
  • Build a culture of self-directed learning through internal academies and communities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of L&D experience with demonstrated program design and delivery
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS)
  • Instructional design expertise and familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • MBA in HR or certification in L&D (CPTD, ATD, or equivalent)
