Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across functions and levels
- Design and deliver leadership, functional, and compliance training programs
- Build and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning content
- Develop onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity
- Partner with business heads to create role-specific development paths
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business KPIs
- Manage external training vendors, budgets, and partnerships
- Build a culture of self-directed learning through internal academies and communities
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of L&D experience with demonstrated program design and delivery
- Experience with LMS platforms (Docebo, Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS)
- Instructional design expertise and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- MBA in HR or certification in L&D (CPTD, ATD, or equivalent)
