Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join [Company Name]'s engineering team. You will design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and performance standards. This role involves working on exciting projects across product development, production, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software
- Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, and feasibility studies
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation activities
- Identify and resolve design, manufacturing, and field performance issues
- Support production teams in resolving day-to-day mechanical and process challenges
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of mechanical design or manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or Creo)
- Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
