Job Overview
We are seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage the network infrastructure that keeps [Company Name] running. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of our corporate and cloud networking systems. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in both on-premises and cloud networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to network outages
- Manage VPNs, SD-WAN, and zero-trust network access solutions
- Implement network security controls including ACLs, segmentation, and IDS/IPS
- Plan and execute network capacity expansion and hardware upgrades
- Maintain network documentation including topology diagrams and IP address management
- Collaborate with security and cloud teams on network architecture decisions
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of network engineering experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification (Cisco or equivalent)
- Strong experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet equipment
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
