Key Responsibilities

- Track and report key operational KPIs to leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and measurement
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal operational requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Strong project management skills and PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience with operations management tools (ERP, project management platforms)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
