Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to own and elevate the user experience of [Company Name]'s core product. You will work embedded in a product team, running design sprints, creating polished UI, and advocating for the user throughout the development process. You think in systems, make decisions with data, and care about impact as much as aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for assigned product areas from research to delivery
- Run design sprints, ideation sessions, and collaborative workshops
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and A/B tests to validate design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve our product design system for consistency and scale
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design quality in production
- Define and track UX success metrics aligned with product KPIs
- Participate in product planning and sprint reviews as a design advocate
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of product design experience in SaaS or consumer digital products
- Expert in Figma with a strong systems-thinking design approach
- Portfolio showing both design process and final product outcomes
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering in agile teams
- Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles
