Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product areas at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for assigned product areas based on user research, data, and business goals
- Write clear, detailed product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams in agile sprints to ship products on time
- Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize feedback into product decisions
- Define product success metrics and track performance post-launch
- Work with marketing and sales on product launches and go-to-market strategy
- Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE scoring
- Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of product management experience in a technology company
- Strong technical literacy and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools
