Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned open positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls
- Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interview rounds
- Manage candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular pipeline reports
- Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard-to-fill roles
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred)
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
