Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned open positions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interview rounds
  • Manage candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular pipeline reports
  • Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard-to-fill roles

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred)
  • Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
