Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM

Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong communication, persistence, and persuasion skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Basic CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales)
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
