We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities

  • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance against KPIs

  • Forecast revenue accurately and report pipeline health to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in sales management
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
