Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at [Company Name]. You will manage a team of sales representatives, set revenue targets, develop sales strategies, and close key enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10 sales representatives to achieve quota
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territory or vertical
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for key accounts
- Set individual and team sales targets and track performance against KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers at target accounts
- Forecast revenue accurately and report pipeline health to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in sales management
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
