Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach and guide our agile engineering teams at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
- Coach engineering teams on Scrum principles, agile values, and best practices
- Track and report sprint metrics including velocity, burndown, and cycle time
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
- Promote a culture of transparency, inspect-and-adapt, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leadership on cross-team dependencies
- Support teams during organizational changes, scaling challenges, and tool adoption
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Scrum Master or agile coaching experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile project management tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
