Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content publishing across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with marketing goals
- Create or coordinate the creation of social media posts, graphics, and short videos
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
- Run paid social ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta with defined ROAS targets
- Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, and competitor social activity
- Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, CTR) and report monthly
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign content
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience for a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X
- Experience with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Proficiency with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express)
- Data-driven approach with experience analysing social analytics dashboards
