  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
  • Coordinate interview loops between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage candidate pipeline, track metrics, and ensure a superior candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition or technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of closing senior and technical hires
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, CPH)
