Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across multiple departments
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interview loops between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate pipeline, track metrics, and ensure a superior candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent acquisition or technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record of closing senior and technical hires
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, CPH)
