We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our inside sales team at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided
  • Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
  • Handle customer objections professionally and guide them toward a purchase decision
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in CRM
  • Follow up on callbacks and warm leads within the defined turnaround time
  • Escalate complex queries to senior sales or support teams appropriately
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of calling scripts and pitch materials

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or dialler software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred
