Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our inside sales team at [Company Name]. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present our products, handle objections, and convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Handle customer objections professionally and guide them toward a purchase decision
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in CRM
- Follow up on callbacks and warm leads within the defined turnaround time
- Escalate complex queries to senior sales or support teams appropriately
- Contribute to continuous improvement of calling scripts and pitch materials
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or dialler software
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred
